This is a clip from the film Doctor Strangelove by Stanley Kubrick. In it, Dr. Stranglelove talks about the Doomsday Machine. The clip is a good visual representation of the game chicken in game theory. The Doomsday Machine is an interesting concept as it prevents a player from reneging. In the context of nuclear war, this inevitably leads to mutually assured destruction (MAD).
